These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and bd989 ("bd989", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bd989.io ("Platform"). 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bd989 Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform. This age restriction applies universally to all users regardless of their place of residence or the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction. bd989 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates a robust age-verification process.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a bd989 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate, secondary, or alternate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The bd989 Platform is operated for and marketed to adult residents of Bangladesh. By using the Platform you confirm that you are accessing it from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bd989 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd989 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing the first withdrawal. The verification process ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") requires you to submit copies of government-issued identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, as well as proof of residential address. bd989 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bd989 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified bd989 in writing of unauthorised access prior to the activity in question.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all personal information held on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your name, address, mobile number, or payment details change, you must update your account information promptly by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Providing false or misleading personal information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Currency

All bd989 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts. bd989 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bd989 will attempt to contact you using the registered email address or mobile number before applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the user. A zero-balance dormant account may be closed at bd989's discretion after a further six (6) months of inactivity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd989 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds to your bd989 account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Withdrawal minimum and maximum limits are also payment-method specific and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. bd989 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bd989 wallet within sixty (60) seconds of a successful mobile banking transaction, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rocket, Upay, and bank card deposits may take up to fifteen (15) minutes during peak periods. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after 20:00 BST are processed on the following business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment channel used for the deposit that funded the withdrawal-eligible balance ("same-source rule"). This rule is a core anti-money-laundering control. bd989 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your account has pending KYC documents, active bonus wagering requirements, or if a fraud investigation is in progress.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and any other promotional credits offered by bd989 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In all cases, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotional terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a lower rate. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bd989 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Promotions are intended for recreational players making genuine wagers. Professional bettors, arbitrage bettors, and accounts flagged by bd989's risk management systems may be excluded from one or all promotions without prior notice. Promotional terms may impose time limits, minimum odds, minimum deposit requirements, or other qualifying criteria — these will be clearly stated on each offer page.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

Users who knowingly exploit pricing errors will be considered to have violated this Agreement.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on bd989 are governed by individual sport-specific rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In general: bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, FIBA, etc.); bets on abandoned events are voided unless a result has already been determined; live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and are subject to slight delays inherent in live data processing. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets are subject to the ICC's official result confirmation timeline.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd989 Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.

10. Privacy & Data

bd989 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bd989 uses your data to provide Platform services, verify your identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and bd989's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. bd989 retains account data for the minimum period required by applicable financial and anti-money-laundering regulations, after which data is securely deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd989 and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial losses.

bd989's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits bd989's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

bd989 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and circumstances beyond bd989's reasonable control (force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or cyber-attacks) may result in temporary service interruptions. bd989 will make reasonable efforts to minimise such interruptions and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by bd989

bd989 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if bd989 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Legitimate deposit balances and verified winnings will be returned to you via your registered payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to the completion of any pending investigation.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your bd989 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Before closing your account, bd989 will settle any pending wagers, process any pending withdrawals of verified balances, and confirm the closure by email to your registered address. Accounts under active KYC review or fraud investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bd989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect user rights or obligations, bd989 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered mobile number or account notification centre at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit an account closure request.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online entertainment platforms serving Bangladeshi users. In the event of a dispute between you and bd989, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. bd989 will respond to formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.

bd989's decisions on disputes involving game outcomes, technical malfunctions, and bonus terms are final, having been made on the basis of server logs, game provider data, and the applicable rules. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may seek independent advice through a recognised dispute resolution service.
